Coastline Equity combines the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) with a Pod-based team structure to drive alignment, accountability, and service excellence across the organization.
The rigor of the EOS® helps us stay laser-focused with quarterly Rocks, weekly Level 10 huddles, and real-time scorecards. And the agility of our Pod-based structure allows each of our small, cross-functional squads to own a slice Coastline Equity’s property portfolio and have a deep local expertise with functional specialization.
