- Non-refundable $52 application fee from each applicant.

-Three months of bank statements (most recent, previous three months)
-Three months of pay stubs (most recent, previous three months)
Income
-Gross income must be 2.5x the rental amount.
-Applicants in a group can combine their income to meet the required 2.5x income.
• If applicants do not meet income requirements, we will require co-signors that meet the co-signor requirements.
Credit Score
-Must be above a 650 Credit Score.
•-If applicants do not meet the credit requirements, we will require co-signors who meet the co-signor requirements.

Criminal History
-Any convictions of felony or conviction for a crime against a person.
Evictions
-No prior evictions within the last seven years.
Rental History
-Able to provide at least three years of verifiable rental history.
