TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA – August 6th, 2021 – Coastline Equity, a real estate advisory firm specializing in asset stewardship and property management, announced last week the acquisition of JW Property Services, a professional property management firm primarily focused in the Greater Long Beach area. This strategic merger fits into Coastline Equity’s goal to expand its services and presence for Southern California-based real estate owners and investors.
